The Pacific alliance initially formed by Chile , Peru , Colombia, Mexico in 2013 based on the freedom of trade , is expected accession of Costa Rica , Honduras , El Salvador , Belize and Guatemala.

 I propose to include in the Pacific Alliance in a first step : Japan , Philippines , Taiwan , Australia, New Zealand , Papua New Guinea , South Korea , Singapore , Tonga , Micronesia Islands , Samoa, and other Pacific countries

on the other side we have NATO : North Atlantic organization involving the United States of America, Canada and Europe for the most part , it is a military alliance , the European Union 's trade .

Propose a second step the Pacific Alliance , United States , Canada , European Union , Israel , Turkey, Norway , Iceland and Switzerland , Morocco , Egypt, a large area of free trade called the Atlantic Alliance Pacific .
